Do you ever come back from summer to find you can't do half your rail tricks? Like this year I count blind 2 and I don't know why, took a month to get it back, anyone else?

A lot of that is confidence, but do some cross training where you make similar movements or make a summer set up. It's good to ease back in anyway to prevent injuries.

My job keeps me fit, moving heavy steel in position to weld it is quite a workout

Fear and muscle memory take time to come back. As long as you work up with progression, you can keep that period pretty short. I found POV vid of the tricks help me visualise the movement, increases the success rate and boosts confidence.

Blind 2 in is a scary trick in itself, so dont beat yourself down too much
