ya boys got 12 concussions and my balance went with it how to regain? down to try new sports over summer...

oldmanskiGood. Maybe need to let her know what kind of skiing you are doing. Just protect your head(wear your helmet) take it easy for a bit. Skating/long boarding, bicycling are good for the equilibrium, talk to a trainer, they can set you up with a few routines to work on your balance.I have a smith code plus a backup
