Ok, so other than Game Of Thrones... these are the few shows I totally recommend.

Barry: So good. Totally different show in the way it switches back and forth between its unique hybrid of morbid humor, genuine comedy, and moments that make me ACTUALLY load up my britches.

Westworld: Super cool story, shit gets WILD at the end of the first season. It's pretty confusing until you understand the way the timeline works.

Generation Kill: Love the characters and the situations they deal with. Does a great job highlighting the frustrations and troubles of war.

Next, I'm probably gonna start watching that Chernobyl mini-series.


Let me know If I'm missing out on anything.

+1 for the Chernobyl mini series, I watched the episode 3 times, it's been a long time since I had to pause gaming to watch something (other than game of thrones) but Chernobyl had be captivated from start to end and you sort of sit there and can feel the seriousness, hopelessness and atmosphere of the situation, at least to some degree, Im pretty sure actually witnessing it was a lot worse.

HBO has always been dank, havent really watched a "bad" show on hbo, some are definitely better than others.

High maintenance is a pretty weird show, entertaining tho.

The Wire (probably the best piece of media to look at the drug trade and its entanglement in politics, law enforcement, and the media).

The Sopranos (imo cemented the idea that TV could rival film in quality and scope...the predecessor of every “serious” modern tv show).

Sharp Objects is unreal. Big Little Lies was great. GOT of course had a shaky final couple seasons, but still unbelievable. True Detective Season 1 and 3. I liked The Leftovers. Curb your Enthusiasm. Flight of the Concords.


Watchmen was amazing, one of my favorite shows in a while. And, I’m loving The Outsider so far...but I’m a huge Stephen King Stan.

Curb your Enthusism is really good. One of the funniest TV shows I have ever seen
