I only used these bad boys for 5 runs. Ended up breaking my ankle early in the season and wasn't able to get out on them. Now I'm trying to unload them due to the fact I don't think my ankle will be able to handle such a wide ski any more.
These Skis are awesome and have been meticulously taken care of. I've probably got an entire bar of CH8 and CH7 in them. They have a super low swing weight and tons of rocker so they're easy to slash around. Again, I've only skied them 5 runs and it was early season in Michigan, so I haven't been able to experience them where they thrive.
The shift is an amazing binding too. In my experience with touring binding they actually feel like chattery, similar to older rocketed skis felt in the tip. Just this is under your foot/up into your boot. All the energy was being transferred through those metal pins in the toe/heels and it felt nervous would be tiring. With the Shift you get none of that. The one day I skied them I was on crusty man made snow and they felt just like any other, traditional, downhill binding. I'm obviously a hug Shift Stan and could go on forever. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Overall, this is an awesome setup. Light enough you can do day long tours, or when you want to get that extra few hundred vert above the chairs. But also powerful and stable enough for those deep days in resort.
I'm asking $900 and I'll pay shipping. Give me your best offer but shipping will be negotiated for anything below $900.
