Whatchya got??? I dig the colors but hate the price, like who in da heck is gonna go throw down 800$ for peak performance, gross.
(granted... I'm being hypocritical cause if I had endless amounts of cash I'd throw down)

Or anybody know of any sick grass roots (or local) ski clothing brands? I need new gear rul bad

Every brand is local somewhere. I buy Arc’teryx for the quality. If you don’t care about quality and just like pretty colors, buy a no-name brand off Amazon for $40. It will work, you’ll be warm, and you can pick your favorite color.

I think you may be confusing the word "poor" with the word "privileged." Poor folks worry about where their next meal is coming from, if they are going to get evicted, hope they don't get sick because they can't afford to miss work. Privileged folks go on extended ski vacations to foreign countries, worry about what brand specialty clothing to purchase in trendy colors, and pursue multiple different pointless sports that cater almost exclusively to the higher-income brackets of society.

Peak performance sucks. I have a pair from the FWT17 and I regret buying them. Zippers snapped and the material wears down really fast. Dont buy this shit.

Check out discount and overstock sites if you live in the US. I bought a pair of Armada VECTR gore-tex pro pants for 600 CAN$ this year. These are the best pants I ever bought in my life. Rugged as fuck, light, breatheable and hydrophobe is the only way to describe them.

buy off season. better yet, buy used. this season i bought a pair of tried on dakine 3L gore tex pants for 90€ when the listing price was way over 300€.
