this summer im joining this gymnastics place they have a tight ass foam pit and tramp there has anyone been to one and does it help ? THANKS

Peterson, why do you start so many threads asking does this or that help, use your common sense, if your jumping on a tramoline of course its gonna help, just like a lot of other things that helps you practice your tricks
