I informed my friends in Val Thorens, Tignes and Les Deux Alpes that this topsheet on a pair of Vacation with black FKS/Pivot was stolen (anyway there is almost no J Skis in Europe)

You can also warn the shaper crew of Val Thorens

Had my Skis stolen in Val Thorens, France from the locker room in our accommodation called Le Lac de Lou on the 25th April

The person left 5 pairs of my friends rental skis but stole a snowboard and my own personal pair of skis. (They even left my poles so its likely it was with intent to sell)

I’m guessing the person will try to sell the pair and they have a individual signature and number of ski made (which is written on the skis). there are only 250 made and are from America so guessing there’s even fewer in Europe if any of this model at all.

Asked to see the cameras in the accommodation and they told me they were all fake and not recording.

I got a police report on the day but am concerned my insurance won’t be able to cover it and the french police didn’t seem too urgent to help.

Any advice on what to do or places to look to see them being sold would be amazing!

If anyone sees this model being sold anywhere i would be eternally grateful as I can determine if its mine from the model number!

Out of the 250 pairs we made of that ski only about a dozen were ever shipped to Europe.

What size is the ski? 173cm, 180cm, 186cm?

Also do you happen to have the xx/250? That's a dead giveaway to know if it's your exact ski being sold or not.

Haha yes must have been guess they just couldnt handle how amazing the graphic was!

They were 180cm and i know the xx/250 yes so keeping my eye out

Thats so kind of you thanks, i'm in the process of trying to salvage a little bit of money back at least from insurance/ searching french forums and buy and sells for them but then im definitely reinvesting in a new pair.

Jskis are the best skis no question about it!
