Im looking for a new trampoline to buy in the 1000$ range to learn corks and stuff on what trampoline should i buy?

Build your own........ if you have the resources and know how, go buy the tubing, weld and fabricate the frame to desired size, have the springs coiled and cut to desired length, then have a canvas shop sew the mat with the D rings. You could build you a nice tramp for about 500 bucks.
