Fever and fcked muscles

I found my login information again, so I'm back. I have a fever and fucked up lower back/shoulder/neck. What should I do NS? I can't even lay down on anything because it gives me spasms rn

I have already been to a physio therapist but he can't help me since I have a fever or something
