Anybody ever sent their stuff back to patigonia for repairs?

Show up to your local retail shop, describe the damage, they’ll fill out a one page sheet and take your contact information, normally takes 6-8 weeks to return

i did it with north face assume its similar for patagonia. Real simple just send what needs repair with the form and they repair it and send it back

I actually just did one of these for a 6 year old nano puff. I've probably had over 500 days in it and it was literally falling apart at the seams. I thought for sure they'd just scrap it and give me like 15% on a new order. I'm not sure what part of the site you're having difficulties with. I found it to be pretty straightforward. Low and behold 2 months later it came back in the mail and had been repaired beautifully.

Then you should probably go to a patagonia store and fabricate some intricate story about how the jacket was damaged and try to convince the salesperson that it was a manufacturer defect and you want to trade for a new one.

id suggest either taking them to a tailor or buy a cheap pair of beater snow pants to use while you get the patagonia ones repaired.

Alta gave the lifties shitty patagonia work pants for our uniform and the crotches would always blow out. At the end of the season we'd take them to the outlet store in sugarhouse and get a nifty gift card for for about $250. It was a sweet scam.
