Replying to Saga not responding to e-mails or PayPal claims
I have been a fan of Saga gear since the beginning but as of lately, I no longer want to rep their gear. I ordered a Mutiny jacket a month and a half a go, and I have never received an invoice or shipping confirmation from them even though they took my money directly from my PayPal account. They have never responded to a single e-mail I have sent nor have they responded after I filed a PayPal claim against them. Andy Mallett's e-mail is bouncing back as unavailable. Is this the beginning of the end of Saga? I know I will never order from them again after this ordeal.
