I emailed them and they tracked down a pair in my size that someone had returned, since they didn’t have my size in stock. I know people have bad experiences with them but every time I’ve ordered from them, I’ve gotten things on time, and they’ve been super helpful. I feel like there is definitely something going internally with them so I don’t think they deserve all the hate but that’s just my opinion.

Slimjim303I also am in the same boat. I ordered items from the dead stock sale Apr. 8th and money was taken out of my paypal account but here it is Jun.17th and still no item's. I've gotten some of the same responses as some of you. I'm very frustrated and just want the item's i ordered. Saga has dropped and deflated the ball and i don't think i could order anything from them again.
