KaneDogI assume you can 4 on pretty confidently, so just keep doing four ons and barely raise your front foot the first few times, not enough to push your weight back and keep feeling it out.

I think it's hilarious you're asking NS for advice on a 450 disaster backslide. Most people here wouldn't ever be able to do that, I might have done it by accident overshooting a rail a little and just tapping one foot but honestly that doesn't count. When you get comfortable with it please try landing as close to the start of the down so it's a legit backslide, I hate seeing these wack jump tricks onto rails that are just taps. If it's a rail trick you gotta slide the rail, otherwise it's cheating.
