so i lived in tahoe for 2 seasons and it was sick, i got pretty decent at skiing, nothin crazy just some 3s and ski slides, but it took a while to get there. any ways, i blew up my knee like a year ago and havent realy been able to ski since. but my knee is pretty much good now, and i was wondering if itll take a while to get the skilzz back. thanks yall
I haven't had a complete knee blow up but I've sprained my knee multiple times and strained my achilles tendon first run last year and i'm still really scared to throw down on park rails. But I would just ease yourself back into it.
Skiing is mostly a mental sport, don't be afraid and commit to your tricks and your odds of getting hurt are a lot lower than if you go into a rail super nervous and thinking you're gonna slam.
