Rib protection.

So I had a very minor fracture to a rib this season thanks to a rail. First rib injury and I would rather never have another again. Sneezing still is a nightmare.

I know its super Jerry but does anyone rock anything with chest or spine protection while doing park..? or do I just need to get good kid?

Not a bad idea at all. Especially for chest protection. Im considering getting one for just skiing around in general especially all mtn, tree branches to the gut suck and could easily shiskebab you

I wear a Demon vest + back protector whenever I try something new and it’s super nice to have it. Don’t even notice I’m wearing it honestly. I got it after hurting my ribs on a rail thinking the same as you, don’t wanna hurt them again. Landed on my ribs on a rail a few days after I got it and I’m sure nothing broke because of it. Also the back protector is super nice for icy landings if you backslap

slytech backplates are a staple in big mountain riding and no one can tell you're wearing one unless you just have a tshirt on in like the spring.

mine has saved my life, or at least my motility, several times since i bought it a couple years back and now it just feels weird to ski without it

Didn’t wanna spend money on a back protector but really thought they were important.

i just grabbed a moto cross one (it’s like hard plastic front and back) and fits real nicely so no one can even see it. On days I plan to huck stuff and get rowdy I’ll wear it.
