I have the CT 2.0 and my brother have the prodigy 3.0, they are very similar skis, but CT are more park/jib/playful ski orientated and the prodigy is more "Backcountry" ski orientated in my opinion, so if you like to ski in the woods, natural jumps, gromers and sometimes in the park go for the prodigy, otherwise if you want to ski in the park, make butters and hit natural jumps, go with the CT 2.0

I think the main differences come down to rocker, flex, and shape. The Prodigy is a lot more tapered and has more rocker, which makes it significantly looser, less prone to hooking up into a turn when you don't want it to (e.g., when pivoting through trees or on an under- or over-rotated spin), and also makes it initiate turns less eagerly (i.e., it doesn't "pull" you into a turn). The Prodigy is also significantly stiffer and heavier, which helps make it blast through chop better than the CT 2.0. So the more you prioritize stability and / or a looser feel, the more the Prodigy makes sense. The more you want a more traditional feel on groomers and / or want a ski that's easier to butter and press, the more the CT 2.0 makes sense.
