Replying to Adjusting pivot bsl
So I need to adjust my pivots to take a boot which is a couple of mm too long for the current setup (so it’s within range). Looking at some other threads, people are advising not to do it if you have no clue or you could end in getting a remount. Is there much more to it than just incrementally adjusting both the screws on the stems to the required length and then making sure forward pressure is still ok? Just want to make sure I’m not missing something, Im pretty happy adjusting my own equipment so not too sure what the remount issue is which has been referred to unless I literally unscrew the stems so far that it comes apart
