Vishnu Wet 177 or Down TD 172

I’m 5’6” and still growing a little bit. 125 lbs. I ski ice coast and am looking for a playful buttery ski. They are similar in weight (wets are 1750g each) and (TD are also like 1700g each). The wets have the thinner profile at 116-88-116 and the TD at 122-99-120. I’m just afraid that even tho the wets ski short, they are going to be difficult to move in the air. I’m 170cm y’all so the TD is 2cm tall and the wet is 7cm taller than me. So either the wets are gonna be softer, thinner, but more ski to throw around or the TD which are also soft-ish, wider, but a better height. The wets are gonna be $420 for presale but idk if they charge shipping and the TD are on sale right now and will end up being $440 ish after shipping. PLEASE HELP ME CHOOSE

I would think that you should get Vishnu’s, even if they are 7 cm taller than you they ride more like a 171 ski. They also are more nimble on rails a little sketchy on jumps if you don’t have jumps on dial but are one of the best skis for doing laps and rails with small-medium jumps. But it’s your preference.

Ended up getting the Vishnu’s thanks tho. Also ended up considering the frankenski or the rippah’s.

I got the cactus bc he changed the fruit and made them ugly.

The new 2020 version comes in a 172 tho rip. I just found that out. Def a better sidecut at 121-98-121

134cm or smaller is the perfect range
