Bedliner coating on a cargo box?

I'm curious if anyone has rolled Bedliner on a cargo box before and what the result was?

I have a Yakima Skybox and the top is getting chalky and faded. I'm thinking about pulling the remaining Yakima logos and rolling on some Bedliner. I'm not sure how well it will adhere to the plastic.

Any thought or info would be appreciated.

Bedliner works, Plasti-dip works, and a few other rough coated sprays work as well. I used to work at a car rack shop and if the customer came in with a cracked box we'd bondo it and spray a section with some of the stuff mentioned above. Looked pretty cool with a glossy front and either race lines or a bedliner back.
