Replying to Off-brand/Budget vs Name-Brand/Expensive Goggles

What's everyone opinion on goggle expenditure? I have friends that swear by $200 pairs and I have friends that swear by $40 pairs.

Do you think you can you get a budget pair of goggles in the $20 - $50 range that is comparable to a $100+ pair? If so, what are you sacrificing with the price difference? If not, why not?

I personally think there is a good middle ground: somewhere in the $80 range usually gets me a good, comfortable pair. With that being said, I feel like it all comes down to preference: if a $20/$200 pair fits you good and works for you, then use what works.
