Replying to What's good in MT Hood spring time (hikes, camping, skiing??)

hey everybody looking to come to mt hood around mid april and was wondering where we should stay? (Bend or maybe closer) we have a vehicle to sleep in if its super cold but have tents and winter sleeping gear for early spring conditions. Anybody wanna hook up a whistler kid with some details or maybe good spots to pull up and checkout? Also if anyone has cheap tickets or just wants to meet up around the hill or in Oregon that'd be dope! thanks
