I hope that doesn't become a big trend with pros. The selfie isn't always my favorite angle but I'd much rather just see the pole than have the random outstretched hand holding nothing. Looks so funky.

Even more kooky when you see the shadow with the stick.

Some of the shots I've seen look better than others but some are fucking whack. Idk.

don't go-pro fusion's 360 camera render out the closest objects to the camera? pretty sure it has to do with that, and not that people are actively editing out the pole.

Yeah I know but I'm saying it looks fucking weird. I wasn't sure how describe whatever the hell it was doing.

I think the stick, looks better than just holding your arm out with nothing.
