Replying to rap was a lot cooler 10 years ago

does anyone think that rap was a lot better in the early 90's when it wa like tupac and nwa stuff. I dont like rap very much or at all really but just hearing it on the radio and seeing it on tv. I dont mean underground stuff either i am just talking about mainstream stuff. I cant stand ja rule and ludicris or jay z or anyone today really. All it seems to be about is money and stuff just get boring.
