Wider skis for pure park

I ski park midwest everyday. How much of a difference will a wider ski, say in the 100s, preform at the park. I dont really see it making too much of a difference but please let me know

A wider ski could make switch ups on rails slightly slower considering theres more material under your feet but it shouldnt make that much of a difference unless you're trying something super technical. Personally I love wider skis, especially for landing jumps. My daily ride is a 105 underfoot Line Sakana.

One of the fins actually bent on me when I dropped a cliff. The tails just caught the face. But aside from durability they're not that weird. Switch definently doesnt work in powder tho

I ride some ARV 106s midwest park and at Mount Bohemia. They work great and if you are a strong skier the width isn't bad at all.

I used to ride park daily on Atomic Blogs. 110 underfoot. Had so much fun on them in the park. Super fun on rails.

Line Blends at 100 waist are super fun all mountain and buttery as fuck in and out of the park. If you charge super hard it can be a bit of a chatterfest but all mountain jibbing is where its at on em. Bought a pair this season and its become my daily in all conditions. That felx is just too fun

This. I rode wides this season for 100% midwest park and loved them. Had no trouble swapping on rails or spinning fast after I got used to them

i ride 120mm underfoot everyday. totally worth it imo

but then again there is literally only one rail at my resort
