RusticlesI have spent dozens of nights sleeping in the Louise parking lot and Never had an issue, where I have had an issue is the Parkade in Banff. I’ve even pitched a tent in louises parking lot. There is also a parking lot on the way up to Louise on the right hand side, never had an issue there either.
The best place to “hideout” I found is the first lot, the one that’s just south of the lodge.
satanworshipperIf Lake doesn't work for you, I've seen people live in the Sunshine parking lot.
PilsbySweet thanks or letting me know!
Problem with sunshine is their spring pass costs like 200$ more than lake Louise
satanworshipperOh I meant like skiing at Lake Louise but sleeping in the Sunshine parking lot (because the people at sunshine don't care). It's pretty impractical though but just a thought. I ski at Sunshine but planning to ski at Lake Louise next season so I don't really know what's the deal with the Lake Louise parking and shit.
PilsbyWord, I am just trying to spend as little money possible so I don’t want to have to drive a bunch

jogncartmanHi there. Of course you can sleep in your car on a parking lot near Louise lake. Everything is ok and there are no signs that it is forbbiden lol) Unfortunately I don't live in that area, if it had been so I would have offered you my couch in the livingroom. But it is what it is...I wonder how you sleep at night in the car, like outside is so noisy, and even cold, how do you fall asleep in these conditions? My friend sometimes also sleeps in his car and told me how it did not work at first and he once went to a website where he found a lot of recommendations for a healthy sound sleep. For example headphones mega comfortable with music and trackers that check your brain while you sleep and so on. He says that the site helped him a lot and changed his life and in particular sleeping. Have you tried this? Does it help you?"
