Replying to Is it too late to join a freestyle skiing team?

I am 16 years of age and I want to know if it is too late to get into freestyle skiing. There is a local team with signups comming our soon for next season and I want to join it, however I’m not very good at freestyle skiing. I can do 360s 180s railslides and butter’s. I would rather get coaching before I join a team but it is just way to expensive. I know that if I join a team, then I’ll get coaching during practice and stuff but everyone else will be doing corks and flatspins while I’m trying to learn a 540 or something...
