It's easier than it seems, just have to throw it a bit harder but i feel that you can spot the landing almost better than a regular backflip. Still terrifying to do though.

I have never really considered how terrifying it would be to go for a switch backflip because I couldn't do a normal backflip in the first place.

Now that I have done backies, I can't possibly imagine skiing switch into a jump and throwing myself backwards. Props to anyone who can do em.

In basic terms, it's a backwards front flip going backwards on a forwards jump

switch front flips are easy on a smaller jump but they are hard to spot the landing
