How long did it take you to swap after you could hit rails?

probably like a year before I could do swaps both ways in control on any rail. My first swaps were sketchy shifty swaps like 1 month or 2 after i learned rails.

I think it depends on this "rail." If you are swapping on a box it's quite easy for beginners to learn and looks quite cool. But if you look at something such as a flat down rail that might be harder as its a thinner rail.

Took me about a day to actually learn swaps. I had tried for months the previous season after learning front 4s and back 2s etc. A few hours after I learned the swap I got the infamous kfed.
