Bruised inner ankle ball bone thing

anyone know how to prevent / treat the bruising here

Wish i only got a bruise, when i take off my socks mine is always bleeding

Medial malleolus. I'm guessing you have really big ankle bones like me. Really the only option for me was adding some padding to that part of my liner and dealing with the pain until my boots were broken it.

I usually don’t have the problem. My boots are broken in too which sucks ass.

Go see a good boot fitter and see what they think. I had some shell work done on that area.

I just started having some trouble with this too. I think it may be from liners getting packed out, and more pressure going on the bone from your shell
