Do Pivot 12s adjust?

I want to them to adjust to my foot size when i get new boots but it doesn’t look like they adjust, so i was just wondering if they adjust.

They do but have a limited range.

You've got probably about 8-9mm each way from the default position, but the binding is designed to perform best when the end of the threaded sleeve is lined up with the middle of the three hash-marked sections.
