Here I have three threes
These are the only three I've recorded this season. Ive landed a couple more and spun out of the rest.
Help, opinions, improvements, etc?

I would say that winding ur arms up before ur takeoff is unnecessary, since u dont need to spin that fast since ur only doing a 3 and it's not on a huge jump. Not winding up might help any issues with over-rotating.
Also keep that forward pressure on the front of ur boots and engage ur lower body more, rather than setting too much with ur upper body. On your third 3, I think one of the reasons u crashed was because you dropped ur vision and looked back down at the lip of the jump, which caused u to end up backseat/slightly off axis. Try and keep ur vision up and it will help u stay on axis.

the issue is the goggle is over the helmet, if you put it under your 3s will turn into cork 7 blunts

Do T set 3s and grab safety or Mute at 180. This will help control the spin.

isn't it necessary for bigger spins though? I mean, it's not necessary for 3's but 720s or higher on most jumps require a fair bit of wind up.

But you're right with being thrown off axis, that keeps on killing me when I try 3's

Think of it as a 'set', not a 'wind-up'. If you're using your arms and upper body to throw yourself into the rotation, you're way more likely to go off axis and land backseat.
