Its almost like an oligopoly (conglomerate of monopolies) going on between resorts.
100 bucks a ticket is bullshit.

We don’t need new resorts in an industry that is stalling at best

haven't skiers numbers flatlined? I think the ski industry just sells Soul 7's and people flock to the same mega resorts to ski soft chop on intermediate runs.

Depends on the situation. Personally with a lot of my libertarian values (not a full on libertarian but lean more than way than authoritarian) I'd say that in most cases, yeah. However with current laws and the fact that a lot of these locations are on national/state parks it gets tricky. Especially when you get in the debate about federal vs state rights.
