Definitely agree with this definition. I think everybody has that sense of after landing something new, and being like, wow i had it in me the whole time, but also because i have practiced this on a tramp or worked at it from another angle, and its the next progressive trick to learn. Not out of just pure visualization and hucking.
You just have to find that balance of preperation and desire for sendage.
Even though i had landed a hundred backflips on a tramp, thrown into water, and even practiced a few repeating backflips, it was still scary to throw the first one on a jump. The risk was low and the recklessness even lower was still scary. but had i not practiced the risk would be about the same, but the recklessness would be through the roof
