Any physical therapists??

I have really unusual knee pain, originally from a ski accident, but aggravated by lifting weights. However the only time it’s actually in pain is when it’s not moving.... any PTs have any advice or a good therapy routine to get my knee stronger?

Aggrivated how? As in with compression such as squats/deadlifts? Or with exercises such as leg extensions?

Back squats, front squats, and burpees twist it awkwardly. But if I have it where my foot is flexed upward after a few minutes if it’s moved it hurts🙄

Pretty straightforward. Just an old injury acting up.

The knee isn't a muscle. So you need to think in terms of flexibility. Stretching more is always a good choice. I am a big fan of the side lunge, it can be done with weights as an exercise as well
