Why is it called "Dew Tour" with only 1 stop?

What the fuck is going on? The only stop was Breckenridge in December of 2018 and zero info. about any other stop this year.

Yeah it used to be a circuit. Pretty sure they did Breck, Killington, and Snowbasin all in one season

Personally, I like it being one stop vs a tour. You could find some of the dew tour episodes on hulu years ago, and the atmosphere just seemed very dead at some of those stops.

Now with only one, and what seems to be the first ‘major’ contest of every season, seems like there’s more interest and hype. Though I’m not sure how I feel about these new formats theyve introduced recently.

I think the first 2 years were Mt Snow, Northstar, Breck?

Something like that. I went to the first one at Mt snow. Think I might have done 1 days of the second year. I wish it was a still a tour.

Mt snow had kind of a weird layout for it with the pitch. The first jump in the bottom 2 jump was a the big jump.

I feel like brecks business decision to be the mammoth of colorado was a great one. Alot of rich people want to ski where the worlds
Best park skiers ski.
It Was also a great decision to build a lift that goes higher than any lift in north america.
Breck seems to be calling some sick shots over the years

Anyone know the terms of the agreement and what's currently in limbo? Typically the resort needs to provide certain amenities, funding, park build/cat time, etc while the event needs to guarantee attendance boost as well as things like hotels filled, etc. If Breck is already looking to replace it then that might either mean that "Dew Tour" got too expensive to host or that the event didn't fulfill it's end of the bargain over the course of the contract.

I'd love to see Dew Tour come back to the East coast. Bring it back to Mt Snow or Killngton, fuck it bring it to Tremblant or something.
