what should i tell my friends?

yea so me and some friends put our money together and bought a 40 like a week ago and they just called me and want to smoke later but the problem is i uhsorta smoked it all myself a while ago. anways what's some good excuses to tell them? plan C is that i just fill the bag with herbs from my kitchen and hope they wont notice.
