Replying to Regional forum?

It seem like the regional section of this site has died off. Last active post are like 2yrs ago on most forums. Maybe you should do something about it? It seems like to me that there are just too many forums for a not so active topic, pretty sure nobody would scroll thru all the subcategories for a thread. Maybe the small regional can be merged into the state/province/country level. The other option could be to have the general regional forum overlap with the small ones, for example: Quebec forum shows all the threads in Montreal, QC city, something like that. Regional is a really useful tool, but only if people actually use it.
