Hi guys,
I’m intermediate resort skier, but I want to try some backsountry/touring/allmountain freestyle incl. butters, learning switch in pow, it’s gonna be my one-ski-quiver with Shift bindings. I’ve looked at many skis and have big trouble choosing between these two - Line sfb and Bentchetler 100. Which one should I get and why?

Interesting options. The BC 100 is WAY more stable. It's got better edge hold, it carves better in all conditions, and it does better with a forward stance. That said, it's still super easy to spin and butter. The SFB is a bit more playful, a bit easier to spin and butter on, and a LOT less stable if the snow is anything less than perfect. So you need to figure out what you care about more. If you're going to be skiing inbounds at all I'd recomend the BC100.
If you do go BC 100, make sure to move the mount point forward from recomended.
