Stupid Ski Boots Question

My Ski boots are about 102mm wide, they crush my feet inwards and are too thin. If I get my boots heat molded will that help widen out the boots so I can ski for more than 15 minutes at a time?

You need to see a boot-fitter who can see your foot inside the boot and then assess what can be done. Usually, yes, they can make it wider for you but it depends on a few variables, which you haven't told us and probably won't know about your boot. So, again, your best bet is to visit a boot-fitter in person and have them tell you what your options are.

if they have a heat moldable shell, then probably?

I’ve tried every shell and liner combination with both full tilt and dalbello, Im pretty desperate.

Yes, you will need to have your shell modified. But, not every plastic is stretchable, that's why you need to see a boot-fitter who can assess your plastic and then widen the plastic shell for you.

There is an answer, and fortunately the answer will exist with a boot-fitter.

There are many other companies that manufacture ski boots aside from full tilt and dalbello, even at least one other .that make 3-piece boots.

My Dalbello Lupo AX’s which have a 100mm last outside of the box. My foot was still wide enough to touch either side of the shell without a liner or any tightened buckles. Had some areas widened and have gotten much better blood flow and overall comfort. Also, do you heat mold your liners? The pro wrap intuition liners that dalbello uses have much harder foam that doesn’t mold easily from use.
