Adjusting look/rossi bindings?

If I were to get new boots, and the sole length was a bit bigger or smaller than my current boots, how do I adjust rossi 100 bindings? (same as p 10, p12, etc).
On most bindings you just have to take a flat head screwdriver and lift some lever, but I don't really see any way to do it on here except a phillips screw at the back.

well you just turn the screw out until the boot fits. You know it's set properly if, when the boot is clicked in, the screw is flush with the binding. You can't turn the screw while the boot is clicked in (well you can do about a half turn or so, but then you have to pop the boot out and click it back in to double check anyways).
or you can take it to a shop and know that it's done right.

I was just making sure that it is the screw at the back.
Why thanks.
Shops charge like $15 for binding adjustment.

there is a screw in the actual boner part of the heel piece, thats for DIN, and then the one lower down, facing towards the back of the ski is the adjustment. just take a phillips and turn until you boot fits. NOTE: just cuz the boot fits in DOES NOT mean that it is properly fitted!!! make sure when the boot is in the binding that the adjustment screw is flush with the plastic. that is the indicator on whether to pull it out more or push it in more.

^ not necissarily true.
say you have a 27.5 boot. the shop will mount the binging so it fits exactly a 27.5 and the heal and the track will line up flush.
however if you get bigger boots and need to move the binding back you can do so by turning that little screw. the binding will no longer be flush with the track, but its still good to go.
only time it will be perfectly flush is when your boot size is the exact same size as to what the bindings were mounted to.
i belive most look and rossi bindings will go up 2 sizes, and down 2 sizes from where it was mounted. meaning that if you get boots 3 sizes bigger you will have to re-mount.

^ you're wrong, he said flush with plastic, not flush with steel track. It HAS to be flush with the plastic.
^^ you just repeated what I said. what's the point?

It should be flush with the innermost part of the plastic where that screw is, and you should pop the boot in and out to make sure if settles in and catches the track properly then just check the screw in the back, it should be either flush or VERY slightly out given the choice between slightly out or slightly in.
