Xx_Ac1dTr1p_xXAC!D certified steak:
Ingredients:
500g Sirloin/porterhouse
Cracked pepper
Chilli flakes
Himalayan pink salt
Butter
Hot sauce (I recommend Tabasco Habanero)
1. Coat your steak in cracked pepper, pink salt and chilli flakes
2. Get your fry pan, coat it with butter and crank it as high as it can go (be careful cause this shits gonna get smokey)
3. When the fry pan is as hot as it can get, slam your steaks down and sear for 10 seconds each side.
4. once both sides have seared, cook for however long you want.
5. Once cooked coat in hot sauce
6. Enjoy with a glass of chocolate milk
(bonus points if you add cheesy wedges with BBQ sauce to this)

VinnieFGood steak should be cooked on fire and shouldn't need anything but salt.

TheVictatorWhenever I have the chance to cook in the morning literally all I make are chorizo egg breakfast tacos
someone give me some other ideas on what to eat
OregonDeadA tamale with an egg on top is also a good choice. Hard to beat chorizo and egg with tortillas though. A little sliced avocado on top is the way to go.
TheVictatorBeat you to it with the avocado. Tamale would be cool but idk how easy that would be to cook for breakfast
VinnieFProbably every chef ever. Who tf doesn't put salt on steak? Nice steak? Rub some salt on it, let it sit for a bit and warm up to room temperature, then slap that bad boy on the grill over a nice charcoal bed.

_kevin_Not sure why cold salads are so trendy atm.
VinnieFI don't think you can call 'cold salads' a trend. Salads have been cold since cavemen were eating leaves and shit.
_kevin_Yeah but my point is that they're trendier than hot salads.
