I know there is a lot of degenerate pot smokers on this website but hear me out. I've been in Colorado for almost my entire life and I have seen what weed has done to this state. It is extremely sad how fucked these pot smokers minds are. Tell me this, would dubstep have been as popular without weed? Absolutely not, I would say that weed was responsible for 90% of the popularity of dubstep. Imagine if weed had been illegal and the illegal use of weed had been enforced, dubstep wouldn't have existed. No matter the argument you have for legalizing weed, your points won't be bigger then the fact that weed created dubstep.

Lol the OP started things off with seemingly legitimate reasons why Cannabis is causing problems in Colorado then we took a hard swipe to Dubstep???
Here is why Dubstep is popular:
1. White kids used to dance and party to gangsta rap.
2. Dance music became popular once rap turned into shitty pop.
3. Triad Dragons (OP I know you you know them) pushed shitty generic Dancehall Trance and sold pills to minors as a business model.
4. Kids like the hard bass of rap to dance to instead of crappy trance.
5. Dubstep and Trap came on the scene to fill the niche.
Hence why you will be peacefully driving along the Front Range and see a beat up Honda Civic with trunk rattling to Skrillex with a [I (Dragon) dance music] bumper sticker next to a [Native] bumper sticker with a The Little Dog sticker above them in the back window.

Clearly OP just hate dubstep (which I don't disagree with) but is putting the blame on weed.
Not everyone who smokes weed, listens to dubstep but everyone who listens to dubstep, smokes weed. I don't blame them, you'd have to be high as shit to stand that garbage.
I used to smoke a bunch of weed and have done every drug under the sun cept' heroin. I legit just got bored, I have no idea how people get addicted to this stuff - its the same trip every time.
