shin-bangthe binding should adjust to the new boot no problem. if youre not familiar with adjusting forward pressure and toe height and all, take them to a shop and they should do it for free in about 5 min.
what bindings are they?
good luck
GerritKooistrapivot 14's, im new to binding stuff. forward pressure is din?
shin-bangcool, youll love the pivots.
Din is the amount of force it takes to release from both the heel and the toe. so a higher din takes a higher force to pop out of the bindings.
Forward pressure is the heel piece pushing your boot forward to make sure it is always in contact with the toe piece.
anytime you get new boots, you will want to check the forward pressure and make sure its still good.
since youre probably not familiar with setting foward pressure, it would be best to take them to the shop.
if youre wanting to risk your acls and set them yourself, read vinnie and I's jibber jabber from 3 years ago here
