Replying to FT Ascendant reviews?

Anyone out there have some time on these boots? figured id be hearing more about it by now, but the only real review i've seen is the blister one.
I've been trying to find an ascendant locally to try on but havent had any luck. Have typically fit well in FT's and the larger toe box should only help me. I'm pretty much set on either the ascendant or the Lupo 125 for my do it all, resort, park, touring boot. with the plan of getting a light touring specific boot next year.
