Replying to Colorado Hotel Rooming

For my Spring Break trip my goal is to go out to one of the resorts in Colorado, most likely Breck or Keystone and the big problem is somewhere to stay. Me and my friends are all 18-19 and going to CU-Boulder for college. I can’t seem to find a hotel or motel that would rent to someone our age. Does anyone know somewhere cheap even shitty that would just rent us a room in that area?
