skiguy04No such thing as too big
Xx_Ac1dTr1p_xXA wise man once said
"you can never have a ski too big for you"
TRVP_ANGELlolz Don't listen to these type 1 skiers. When you're starting park its better to start short but you'll be fine just give it time. You'll grow into it over time
RusticlesMight be the center mount, i succumbed to the influence and got a pair of park skis center mounted and Did not like it one bit. Immediately got the skis mounted a couple cm back and loved them
skiguy04Why tho
RusticlesI dunno why, kinda felt weird, like not enough stability in the front.
Turning was awkward. Take offs seemed weird, couldn’t pop correctly.
Didn’t gain anything switch. Not for takeoffs or landings. Was a completely different ski mounted back a bit
skiguy04For tricks it’s ideal but since you have a racing background it makes sense to have factory mount recommendation
RusticlesNever had anything to do with racing in my life.
Just don’t like centermounted skis in the park
skiguy04Yeah you’ve been a racer longer than freestyle
&& centre mount helps riding fakie for sure so idk how you felt turning... race background should help you
Mekhed_Hey so this was my 2nd week with my new blends and i feel kind of weird. Im 1.73 and the blends are 1.78 . I feel like they are too long and that this is going to limit my learnings in the park. ( im new to freestyle ) is this normal? Is it just bescuse im learning?? I center mounted them. Are they viable for a short guy like me??
