I have finally figured out the art of the nose and tail press, but with that comes the excruciating, throbbing pain in my lower legs.
If I ski aggressively four days in a row, the pain snowballs into a rapidly pulsating squeeze in my lower legs.
It came to a point where when I stood up straight my legs started to shake violently, forcing me into a slightly seated position. I don't think this is normal. So far my only antidote is not skiing, which is a ridiculous concept.
My shins are pretty skinny in relative terms. There's only skin, muscle, and bone down there.
Here's a diagram of where my pain is:
How can I relieve this pain? What can I adjust in my technique that will stop this from occurring?
