nuno81291Broke my back in the woods. Got caught by a snow snake and did a front flip/eject to my mid back on a snow hidden rock. 2 cracked vertebrae and 10 years later it still fuckin hurts. Didn’t think I did more than some bruising at the time and didn’t go to the doctor. Granted it took me maybe 45 minutes of laying down in that spot winded at first before I could get myself up and down to the car. When they found it years later they said surgery could have probably helped, if it was done sooner to the accident. Still ski trees, but with more caution if it’s a first lap or any suspicion of hidden objects

JmoneybakesFractured my heel on a jump kept skiing and tried to disaster a rail and cracked it more. Also still feel that bitch from time to time.

SlushI’m currently sitting on my couch, concussed out of my mind, cause I over rotated a cork 5 onto my face, and also bruised my hip so bad I can barely walk.

SlushTell me about it, trying to walk/stand has me in agony.. And of course I can’t really smoke ganj to help with the pain because I’m concussed and not looking to get stupid
GerritKooistrai was just having a chill day on the hill, fell on my hip on a 35ftr, after i was fine. Then i kept kinda falling on it cause my leg got weak, so i fell over and over. didnt feel the extreme pain till i unclipped my skis. i couldnt walk at all and i had to get my friend to take my boots off lmao. later on after being in extreme pain for a while i went to the hospital hoping it want any worse than a bruise. it wasnt but def felt like it. so i waited a week, felt strong enough to ski and fell my first run died again but this time i made it worse. i was screaming lol it was so bad. Then i waited 2wks and was fine enough to ski and i did and i was fine. almost 2 months later i can still feel a little pain. if its bad id just give it a while and if you ski dont ski hard at all. hips suk
SlushYeah this is definitely the end of me skiing hard this season. I’m going to probably take it easy for a solid 3-4 weeks and then enjoy what’s left of the parks instead of trying to throw shit I shouldn’t even be trying lol

Shower_BoyWhen I landed my skis were pretty spread out and I fell forward and tried to use my arm to support my fall but my momentum was still going forward so my elbow got fucked. I dislocated my radius and part of it chipped off in my arm so now I'm waiting on the MRI to see if I need surgery

2004. tib/fib both legs compound break (bones sticking out the skin), wrist (compound beak) sticking out the skin, & L4 spinal fracture all at once from over shooting the 75ft snowmass snowcat gap jump. seen in pbp's x=then by about 50 feet.
2008: shattered knee cap (patella) pretty much took me out the game. knee str8 to a rail support...
but i still get it in
