SofaKingSickit sounds like you're basing this opinion on one trip. is that true? basing ideas on one data point is never a good idea but especially in skiing. the good eastern resorts can range from brutal ice rinks on a bad day to AMAZING skiing on a good day.

theabortionatorLolol the "premier" parks in the northeast rival any parks anywhere honestly. And the east coast has way better snow than your midwest resort.
Something tells me you went to some ghetto sea level mtn for night skiing.
Hansel9001Colorado on a good snow year makes an east coast 100$ lift ticket look like a collosal ripoff.
Being 10,000 feet in summit county
Surrounded by 14ers just makes the
Experience way better than ice coast.
I had a really fun week at my friends ski house in hidden valley when i was younger. They had alot of snow so it was really pretty and comfy. Still it doesnt compare to being 13 thousand feet up at breck or a basin.
