My skiing has gotten a lot better in the last 2 years and I'm starting to rethink my current quiver. I'm becoming much more interested in a stable ski that I can use on the steeps and small cliffs, but hopefully something that I can also maneuver through the narrow chutes. Most importantly, I'm 6'5" and 220lbs so I need a ski that is tall enough and stiff enough for me.

My current setup is 2015 ON3P Billy Goat (186cm) for a Pow ski, 2017 Elan Ripstick 96 (186cm) as a "all-mountain" ski (a ski that can handle the same steeps and chutes when I miss the storms by 1-2 weeks) and Fischer Guru (178cm) for a park ski.

The Fischers are probably getting replaced sometime soon with the Kartel 108 in 191cm but I still need a longer, stiffer powder and hard-snow ski. I really like how both of my current skis ride so something similar would be appreciated (currently thinking about getting the ripsticks 96 or 106, but this time in 194cm)

I figure you have a few different options:
1. A standard issue all-mountain ski but in a longer length
2. A stiff ski that's also relatively light and playful but not a charger
3. A stiff and super damp charger (either directional or twin)

Lots of skis available in 190cm+ would fit the bill for (1), including longer versions of what you have now. For (2) I'd think about Faction, Volkl V-Werks, BD Carbon skis. Candidates for (3) would be Blizzard, Stockli, some Volkl, Dynastar, etc.

I happen to be rocking 192cm twin tip Stormriders and love them to death. First ski I've been on that genuinely rewards you for charging as hard as you can. On most hardpack you think, "No way I'm skiing this at a 30m+ turn radius" and the ski says "Just hold on tight and don't let your legs buckle and I promise everything will be fine." In pow they're more like gentle giants and are pretty happy to slarve out short turns. They're contenders for dampest ski ever made, owing mainly to their unusual construction (Just wood and epoxy sandwiched between two layers of titanal). Needless to say I wouldn't call them playful but they will absolutely bomb anything. I mention them mainly because there's still a lot of new old-stock floating around (esp on eBay, where you can snag a pair for about $250 on a good day).

Get a 189 Wrenegade 108 or if you can afford a custom - 189 Wren 114.

6'5 185. Fatypus d sender 194 has been awesome, pretty stiff when I need it to be, but damp and playful in other areas. I'm not that heavy though

All Mountain:

1. Dynastar Legend Pro is a missile and only comes in a 192.
2. Head Monster 108ti in a 191. It's a unicorn ski at this point- https://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php/301215-Head-Monster-108
3. Fischer Ranger 108ti in a 202cm. Another unicorn ski but worth looking for

Powder:

1. ON3P SuperGoat in a 193. Custom or stock.
2. Wren 114 in a 189. Probably could talk to them about custom stiffness.
3. Volkl Shiro in a 202cm-Not sure how stable this is at speed through chop but I've heard good things
4. Volkl Katana in a 200cm (forget exact length) from before the V-Werks era -This is perhaps the ultimate unicorn ski at this point.
